The HHAG campaign has been remarkably successful and is funded by local donations and money-raising events. However, the legal and technical problems are becoming more complex and the HHAG needs to raise £30,000 to fight off a forthcoming planning appeal later in 2006.

IF YOU SUPPORT THIS CAMPAIGN THEN YOU MUST ATTEND PUBLIC MEETINGS, PROTEST MARCHES AND OTHER EVENTS.

We signal our strength of feeling through public meetings and protest marches when the number of people attending provides a measure to the decision makers of the extent of public feeling. This is so much so that if you attend you are seen to be with us; if you do not attend you are seen to be supporting PD Services Ltd. Be clear about this - failure to attend will count against us.

It is vitally important, therefore that our public events are well attended. Look out for calling notices and posters.

Volunteers are needed to

• staff the petition stalls. If only for a couple of hours, every little helps
• deliver leaflets (one person per street)
• give items for raffle and tombola prizes, car boot sales, table top sales, jumble sales
• make cakes for cake stalls
